I love self serve salad bar. Meats come out pretty fast (I usually go later in the night). Staff is friendly. Big space comfortable for small and mid sized parties.

been seeing this place for years, and while i'm not that big into the shabu, i do recognize hot pot game when i see it. the interior of this eatery is very reminiscent of a kbbq spot. got the kpop, the vents, the seating. pretty sure its run by koreans too. service was great. they servers ain't hiding and will always pop up when run out of meats to ask you what more proteins you'd like. despite the wide selection, the proteins were all sliced super thin and pretty much disintegrates in your soup, and if not your soup, then your mouth. the salad bar here is a variety of premade foods that they just lay out like ramen, udon, dumplings, fish cojones, as well as other fresh veggies. they even got cooked dishes like fried rice, chicken, japchae and even crab. for the quality of the meats and everything else, i'd honestly give this place a 3. but because of the extensive salad bar, i'm bumping it up one. ps. they have the old soft serve machine that souplantations used to have and it be hittin!

Love all that Shabu, the variety of proteins and veggie dishes are soooo abundant.... Always fresh and full. I can't just have this once a quarter it's a place that I have on my food places I frequent rotation. The service is pretty speedy. The self serve areas are well stocked and clean... it's not very Smokey like some hot pot places, it has great ventilation.

4.5 Stars This Korean hotpot was recommended by a good friend. Good location (near stores and Sprouts) and ample parking. It gets really busy here! It is good to come in for early dinner. The ambiance has a cool and modern feel. For our broth, we had the Original House. You have a choice of Miso, Vegetarian, Beef Bone, Spicy Beef and Sukiyaki. The best dipping sauce out of all the ones they had there in my opinion is the sesame dip. It is a little bit tangy with some sweetness in it. For the meat, we got #1 Angus Beef Brisket and #3 Angus Flat Iron Steak. Both are delicious. Customers can order up to 3 items per round. There are a lot of choices of noodles, seafood, veggies, etc. For the drinks, you have sodas and iced teas (black tea and green tea) and alcoholic beverages. What makes this place unique also is that they have soft serve ice cream available for dessert. You do not have to go somewhere else! The flavors are vanilla, chocolate and half vanilla and half chocolate. No toppings available, but not a big deal at all. Our server was a little bit slow at first (maybe overwhelmed with the customers). Our meat order took sometime to arrive but the other staff members helped out.

All That Shabu was a decent hotpot place I had during lunch. There is a shared parking lot, but it was very busy at around 1 PM. With a party of 3, we were able to get seated right away. The staff was also quick with assisting us get the broths. I decided to go for the miso broth. What I liked about this restaurant is that they have a self serve bar in the back. There was a lot of things to pick from such as fish balls, lettuce, ramen, etc. What I found interesting is that they also have warm foods in the corner. This included japchae, fried chicken, etc. For the sauce bar, it felt limited in terms of options.
